Events range from bringing the nightlight to the gym (like Perreo at the Bar(bell) or Back that Bar Up), group workouts, Mommy & Me sessions, partner workouts (Fuerza con Mi Amor), pop-ups, and special community gatherings. Each event is designed to feel welcoming, empowering, and fun, not intimidating.

  • These events are for real people: beginners, experienced lifters, moms, dads, partners, friends, and anyone who wants to move their body in a supportive environment. You don’t need to “be fit” to come. You just need to show up as you are.

  • Not at all. Many attendees are brand new to fitness or getting back into it after time away. Movements are scalable, guidance is provided, and the focus is on participation, not perfection.

  • Just yourself, comfortable workout clothes, and water. If the event requires anything specific (like a mat or partner), that will always be clearly listed on the event page.

  • It’s both. You’ll move your body, but you’ll also connect, laugh, vibe to music, and be part of a community. Think fitness with culture and heart, not a rigid class where no one talks.

  • Absolutely. Many people come solo and leave with new connections. These events are intentionally designed to feel inclusive and community-driven, you’ll never feel out of place.

  • Due to limited space and planning, event tickets are typically non-refundable. If something comes up, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to a friend unless otherwise stated.
