Perreo at the Bar(bell) is a strength experience rooted in movement, culture, and community, where the club meets the gym and confidence is built through intentional movement.

Set to reggaeton and Latin beats, this event creates a space where lifting feels approachable, expression is encouraged, and everyone is welcome to show up as they are. This isn’t about performance or perfection. It’s about reconnecting with your body, moving with rhythm, and building strength in an environment that feels empowering and fun.

We lift, we move, we sweat, together. Strength, expressed differently.

Who It’s For: Muscle Mamis y Papis who want to lift, sweat, and move with intention in a high-energy, culture-forward space. Open to all levels, no lifting or dance experience required.

Here’s the deal: Coach Jasmine doesn’t drink and rarely goes out… BUT she missed the bar and the club. So why not bring nightlife over to the gym? Thus, Perreo at the Bar(bell) came to life.

ABOUT THE EVENT

Fuerza con Mi Amor is a Valentine’s Day workout experience rooted in connection, movement, and community. It will be a partner-based strength experience built on connection, teamwork, and chosen love. We’ll move together, spot each other, and lift with intention because this workout is a reminder that strength is better when it’s shared.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • A 45 minute partner-based strength workout

  • Team-style exercises that emphasize trust, encouragement, and teamwork

  • Guided warm-up and cool-down (we take care of our bodies over here)

  • Time to stretch, laugh, hype each other up, and capture the moment together

All movements are scalable: no matter where you’re starting, you’ll be right at home.

This experience is rooted in the belief that generational health begins with what our children see modeled every day.

Our kids are always watching: how we move our bodies, how we speak to ourselves, and how we care for our health. This event isn’t about perfection, performance, or pushing limits. It’s about presence, example, and building habits that last beyond a single workout.

Mommy & Me / Daddy & Me is a playful, strength-based movement experience designed for parents and their children to move together, connect, and build confidence, physically and emotionally. Through simple, intentional movement, we create a space where kids learn that strength is normal, movement is joyful, and caring for your body is a lifelong practice.

This is about raising strong humans by being strong humans.

  • 30–40 minute parent-and-kid friendly workout

ABOUT THE EVENT

Back That Bar Up is a hip-hop–powered open gym night inspired by Perreo at the Barbell. It’s same community energy, different sound. This is a come-as-you-are space to lift heavy, dance, create content, and be surrounded by others who hype you up. Coaches Jasmine from JDV Fitness and Coach Mika from Strength Temple Fitness will be onsite to help walk-through any movements, dance tutorials, and stretching.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • DJ spinning hip hop (90s–2000s)

  • Open gym format (lift, move, vibe at your own pace)
