Global Work & Impact.
I’m Jasmine Vallejo, a community engagement, social impact, and DEI professional with more than 12 years of experience at Fortune 500 companies across the tech, sports entertainment, and education sectors.
Most recently, I led Community Engagement for the Southwest region at Meta for over 7 years, strengthening local neighborhoods through partnerships with nonprofits, schools, and community organizations. My work included expanding STEM and economic opportunity programs and shaping policy conversations that impact millions. As a multi–award-winning Policy Manager, I played a vital role in influencing public policy and community impact decisions, collaborating with internal teams, government bodies, and external stakeholders to advocate for initiatives that align with mission, equity, and long-term community benefit.
Before my time at Meta, I worked in multicultural marketing at SXSW, built strategic marketing programs at ESPN, and delivered product insights at Facebook and Instagram to help ensure our platforms remain inclusive and representative of real people’s lived experiences. I serve on the Board of Con Mi Madre, previously sat on the Latinas in Tech board, and co-founded Latinos in Tech — a community built to bring together Latinos and allies through connection and opportunity.
My work is fueled by my commitment to elevating underrepresented communities and creating spaces that honor identity, intersectionality, and culture. Coming from a family of migrant farmworkers and growing up on the Southside of San Antonio, TX, I carry my roots with pride. These experiences shaped my understanding of inequity and inspire me to challenge systems, widen access, and uplift the communities that raised me.
I bring a unique blend of strategic vision, cultural competency, and community-centered leadership to every space I step into. I’m committed to building programs and partnerships that bridge opportunity gaps, elevate marginalized voices, and create sustainable, long-term impact. I lead with purpose, uniting teams and communities around shared goals, expanding access, and opening doors for the next generation of underrepresented leaders.
In my spare time, you’ll find me with my 14-year-old dog, Sofía La Tortilla, training clients, lifting heavy weights, or traveling the world in search of food, culture, and connection. I’m a proud graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, where I studied Government and Communications.
