Perreo at the Bar(bell) is a strength experience rooted in movement, culture, and community, where the club meets the gym and confidence is built through intentional movement.

Set to reggaeton and Latin beats, this event creates a space where lifting feels approachable, expression is encouraged, and everyone is welcome to show up as they are. This isn’t about performance or perfection. It’s about reconnecting with your body, moving with rhythm, and building strength in an environment that feels empowering and fun.

Who It’s For: Muscle Mamis y Papis who want to lift, sweat, and move with intention in a high-energy, culture-forward space. Open to all levels, no lifting or dance experience required.

Here’s the deal: Coach Jasmine doesn’t drink and rarely goes out… BUT she missed the bar and the club. So why not bring nightlife over to the gym? Thus, Perreo at the Bar(bell) came to life.
