ABOUT THE EVENT
Back That Bar Up is a hip-hop–powered open gym night inspired by Perreo at the Barbell. It’s same community energy, different sound. This is a come-as-you-are space to lift heavy, dance, create content, and be surrounded by others who hype you up. Coaches Jasmine from JDV Fitness and Coach Mika from Strength Temple Fitness will be onsite to help walk-through any movements, dance tutorials, and stretching.
